By accessing, interfacing with, or purchasing clearance within the Primidac Network (including our website, API, Discord collective, educational vaults, and automated bot infrastructure), you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agreed to be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree to every provision contained herein, you must immediately terminate your connection and withdraw from all network channels.

Primidac Network provides educational modules, simulated penetration testing ranges, vulnerability teardowns, and autonomous AI engineering frameworks strictly for authorized security research, defensive engineering, and educational simulations.

Primidac Network and its founders disclaim all liability for any unauthorized, unlawful, or reckless activity carried out by members outside of sanctioned test environments.

Access to elevated ranks (Operative, Archon) is granted upon verification of transactions settled on the Base Layer 2 blockchain via the official smart contract.

• Payment is made in USD Coin (USDC) to the smart contract gatekeeper.
• Digital clearance roles and resource vaults are provisioned immediately upon on-chain transaction confirmation.
• Due to the immutable and decentralized nature of smart contract executions, all transactions are irreversible and non-refundable.

All proprietary coursework, architecture templates, bot scripts, audio logs, and documentation provided within private tiers remain the exclusive intellectual property of Primidac Network.

Account sharing, leaking, group buying, mirror hosting, or unauthorized commercial redistribution of community intelligence will result in immediate termination of clearance, revocation of Discord access, and permanent blacklisting without notice.

Primidac Network reserves the absolute right to revoke membership, blacklist wallet addresses, and restrict Discord access for any individual found violating the Code of Conduct or Rules of Engagement.
