Due to the cryptographic and immutable nature of blockchain transactions, combined with immediate, automated digital access to our proprietary curriculum vaults, private chat channels, and automated bot agents:

Once your wallet signs and confirms the transaction transferring USDC on Base to our Gatekeeper contract, the transaction cannot be unwound, recalled, or reversed by either party.

When a clearance transaction executes successfully, the automated Overseer backend listens for the on-chain ClearancePurchased event and applies your role badge to your Discord profile in real time.

Because digital intellectual property and network resources are consumed and unlocked at the exact moment of transaction confirmation, digital right-of-withdrawal directives do not apply to this service.

If you completed an on-chain transaction but experienced a role sync delay (for example, if you entered a misspelled Discord handle or had Discord direct messages blocked), our administrative team will resolve it manually:

• Send an email to contact@primidac.net.
• Include your transaction hash (from BaseScan), your wallet address, and your correct Discord username.
• Our team will verify the transaction on Base and manually link your rank within 24 hours.

Because payments are settled on-chain without traditional credit card merchant intermediaries, chargeback mechanisms do not exist. Any fraudulent attempt to disrupt the network or exploit contract interactions will lead to an immediate network ban and wallet blacklisting.
