ZERO TOLERANCE POLICY // OPERATIVE STANDARDS

Code of
Conduct.

Discipline over noise. How elite operatives, architects, and researchers coexist within the collective.

// CORE PRINCIPLE

Ethical Boundary & No Malice

Primidac Network is dedicated to raising the technical caliber of defensive security engineers, ethical red-teamers, and AI builders. We are NOT a blackhat syndicate, script kiddie hangout, or illicit forum.

We maintain an absolute, unappealable zero-tolerance policy for:

  • Distribution or trading of cracked credentials, stolen databases, or unauthorized PII.
  • Development or sale of weaponized ransomware, extortion malware, or botnets.
  • Doxing, swatting, extortion, harassment, or personal threats against any individual.
  • Unauthorized compromise of educational, healthcare, governmental, or private systems.
SECTION 02

Signal-to-Noise Ratio

Our private channels exist for high-value intelligence drops, technical peer reviews, and automated tooling discussions.

  • No low-effort spam: Keep chat channels clean and on-topic.
  • No unsolicited solicitation: DM pitching crypto tokens, scam schemes, or unrelated services is strictly prohibited.
  • Support fellow operatives: Provide constructive code reviews, debug assistance, and tactical guidance to newer members.
SECTION 03

Confidentiality & Leak Prevention

Intel drops marked as private or restricted within Operative and Archon channels are strictly intended for cleared members.

Capturing, re-uploading, or syndicating private course materials, custom AI templates, or exclusive member tools to public repositories or telegram channels will result in immediate role revocation, contract blacklist, and permanent ban.

SECTION 04

Enforcement Protocol

Moderators and the automated Overseer bot monitor channels continuously. Infractions will be met with immediate actions:

LEVEL 01: Verbal warning & message purge
LEVEL 02: Temporary communications blackout (timeout)
LEVEL 03: Immediate unappealable guild kick & wallet blacklist
