OPERATIONAL PROTOCOL // AUTHORIZED LABS ONLY

Rules of
Engagement.

Tactical guidelines and ethical scope parameters for all offensive security, red-team exercises, and vulnerability teardowns.

SECTION 01

The Authorized Scope Mandate

Every member of Primidac Network operating in Division 01 (Offensive Security) or testing AI red-teaming vectors in Division 02 must adhere strictly to the principle of authorized scope.

// ROE DIRECTIVE 1: NO ATTACK, RECONNAISSANCE, EXPLOIT ATTEMPT, OR PAYLOAD INJECTION MAY EVER BE LAUNCHED AGAINST ANY ASSET WITHOUT AN EXPLICIT, FORMALLY SIGNED PERMISSION OR AUTHORIZED LAB DOMAIN.

Sanctioned platforms include local virtualization ranges, our official training environments, HackTheBox, TryHackMe, and legitimate public bug bounty scopes operating under strict Safe Harbor guidelines.

SECTION 02

Coordinated Vulnerability Disclosure (CVD)

When researching novel vulnerabilities, 0-day bugs, or model bypass vectors:

  • Responsible Disclosure: Disclose findings privately to the impacted vendor or system maintainer first.
  • Remediation Window: Provide vendors standard industry remediation timeframes (typically 90 days) before publishing research papers or writeups.
  • No Extortion: Threatening vendors with immediate public release or demanding ransom is grounds for immediate expulsion from the collective.
SECTION 03

Autonomous AI Agent Boundaries

When building autonomous agents, web scrapers, automated alert triage tools, or autonomous workflows in Division 02:

  • Do not deploy autonomous bots designed to execute denial-of-service (DoS) against third-party endpoints.
  • Implement rate limiters and backoff logic in all automated multi-agent systems.
  • Ensure multi-tenant systems isolate client data and adhere to cryptographic storage standards.
SECTION 04

Accountability & Self-Policing

As a member of Primidac Network, your conduct reflects on the collective. If you witness or suspect illicit operations, malicious campaigns, or rogue unauthorized behavior within our ranks, report it immediately to the Chief Architect or administrative channels.

We build to protect, innovate, and master the architecture of the modern web. We do not destroy.
